The Peace of God was my first full length release. It's a folk-rock style, vocals forward, contemporary Christian pop album. I created it in my home studio, one part at a time as the sole performer. After 7 months of composing, arranging, recording and mixing, I finally sent if off for professional mastering.

The title track #11 "The Peace of God" extended refrain is the last song. It starts off with fade in intro, goes into a breezy, jazz trio type-feel with my flute as lead.

"Pull Up Your Anchor" is a story song with a breezy calypso-type feel, on a boat that anchors on a beach with starry skies.

"Build Him an Ark" has an acoustic steel string slide lead intro and plays lead again in the break. It's classic folk rock with electric guitars and full vocals.

"Choose Me" is a softer, easy listening song with guitars and gentle vocals.

"Give Me A Passion" is a country/bluegrass tune with mandolin and celtic whistles and southern gospel vocals.

Finally, "It's Not Too Late" is classic folk-rock with acoustic and electric guitars and full vocals. It remains one of my favorites as it reminds me that it's never too late to start something new.
